All web hosting
plans carries a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days
of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly
service fee's paid excluding any setup fees, domain registration
or transfer fees, charges for excess bandwidth or other charges
related to setup or utilization of the service.
No
refunds are available after the 30th day. Any activities
that violates our Acceptable Use Policy
which leads to a suspension or deactivation of your hosting
account within the 30 day money back guarantee period will subject
to a forfeiture of all fees paid and is not negotiable.
To cancel
service, you must contact High Tech Web Service's sales department
within the first 30 days of your contract via email at billing@hightechwebservice.com.
If no correct notice of cancellation is given, no refunds are
issued after the 30 day period.
